A 1966 UK pressing from the brilliant Beatles, who were prolific in the recording studio - and with their impending retirement from touring and playing live, so they could concentrate on recording.
This album is often rated among their finest work - and at least an outstanding contribution of Paul McCartney's work.
In the studio they were absolutely the top band - the best!
This MONO 2ND UK EDITION is special and essential of all The BEATLES releases.
*NOTE* 'Dr. Robert' on the cover, "Doctor Robert" on the lable.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades VG Although an overall nice clean shine , under a bright lamp there's a fair amount of surface scuff, so there's some surface noise 'travel' to be expected.
Labels are in VG+ CONDITION, no pen, stickers or tears. Very nice. Spindle lines only.
The FRONT LAMINATED flipback tab iconic COVER is VG,
flat with some wear, and a split at the opening edge.
'Patents Applied For' inner sleeve is VG with seam wear.
Not for the audiophile collector here and certainly not a mint example, but still a reasonable play.
