THE BEATLES RUBBER SOUL 1965 STEREO 1ST UK PRESSING 12" LP Album.

Here we have for sale is a truly authentic piece of Beatles history. It is in fantastic overall condition bearing only minor wear and tear typically seen in records of this age. A truly original 1965 FIRST PRESS of their sixth studio album  Rubber Soul in stereo format and on the PARLOPHONE label.

The first pressing has been confirmed and has all relative features and corresponding matrix numbers listed below and also shown in pictures.

Side 1 Matrix No YEX178 - 2
Side 2 Matrix No YEX179 - 2

The outer sleeve is in good condition overall. It has a small tear at the top and at the bottom. These are shown in the pictures. The front cover has a few crease lines and the back is slightly discoloured. Again, the pictures show this clearly.

The inner sleeve is near perfect, with only minor discolouration. It has the original cleaning instructions printed on and also has the plastic internal part still attached.

As for the vinyl itself, it has a few small scuffs and some very light scratches. These do not affect playback at all. The record plays beautifully with a slight crackle which just adds to it's authenticity. There are no skips or jumps. The playback overall is excellent.
