Description
• Disc condition: VG - Vinyl nice and flat. Moderate spindle wear. Visually has hairlines under a strong light, and some wispy light scratches. Plays with a little crackle. On run in groove there is a hiss for a moment then goes. This same sound comes in about halfway through track 1 for a couple of seconds then gone.
• Sleeve condition: VG+ 12 LL Garrod & Lofthouse printed sleeve. Laminated from sleeve. Light creasing to front sleeve, and back is relatively white and has name written top corner. Spine all sharp and legible.
• Matrix/Mothers: XEX 579-1 2 GM XEX 580-1 5 MH
• First UK pressing from 1965 with K/T tax code on side 2 label, "Sold in UK" credit, and Gramophone Co Ltd credit on label rims. Comes complete with original VGC tracing paper EMITEX inner. Regarded as the "loud cut". This is denoted by the -1/-1 matrix. It was quickly withdrawn and a second cut replaced this pressing.
