Description
A great opportunity to buy a VINYL LP from the 1960s by The Beatles called "Rubber Soul".
This is a RARE Argentina pressing released in 1965 on the Odeon Pops label (SLDS 2127) (stereo) and has 14 tracks (see photos for track listings).
The matrix numbers in the dead wax are:- YEX 178 (side one) and YEX 179 (side two).
The vinyl has clearly been played many times. Having played both sides in their entirety, it does stick on track 6 side one and it does jump in at least two places on side two. There is surface noise evident, especially noticeable between the tracks. Overall I would grade it as only in FAIR condition and one might wish to call it a COLLECTION FILLER.
It may also be advisable NOT to use your best stylus to play this vinyl.
The labels are clean and free from any writing or stickers.
The record is flat and has no warps of any description.
The record is housed within a NEW poly-lined inner sleeve.
The front-laminated picture cover is only in a GOOD condition. It has been produced with thin cardboard unlike the UK pressing of this cover, consequently it is quite flimsy. It is worn at the corners and has some ring-wear noticeable when tilted to the light. The back cover is a little grubby in places.
Despite these shortcomings, this is still a highly collectable RARE Beatles LP and should be of interest to avid collectors.
The pictures shown are of the actual item.
