Description
Rubber Soul by The Beatles on vinyl LP record.
This is an original first pressing, manufactured in the UK and released on the iconic yellow and black Parlophone records label in 1965. It is not a foreign import or a repressing or a reissue. It is an example of what has come to be known as the Loud Cut pressing which were the very first issues of first pressings. The album was re-cut after EMI decided that it was too loud and only the loud cut version carries -1 -1 matrix numbers. That this is the correctly identified version of this album can be verified by the unique first pressing -1 -1 matrix/runouts (see item specifics), also this version has Garrod & Lofthouse patents pending sleeve, embossed KT tax code on the labels, label rim text starts with "The Gramophone Co Ltd..." with "MADE IN GT. BRITAIN" in the 6 o' clock position and side 1 of the label has the track listing in a Serif typeface and side 2 has it in a Sans Serif one.
The vinyl is in very good+ condition and has been play tested.
The cover is in excellent condition.
The original "emitex" inner is in excellent condition.
