Description
Up for auction is a great copy of a very early (possibly first) pressing of The Beatles "Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" LP on Capitol Records. The lead out grooves say "SMAS-1-2653-B2 / SMAS-2-2653-A4" so I think it's the first or second pressing. I was the Music Director at a college radio station back in the day and this was my backup copy; it's been in my collection for all these years and has only been played a few times. Although it isn't shown, the LP does come with the full color insert.
Because of its age though, it's being sold "as is" with a low opening bid and no reserve.
