Garrod & Lofthouse "flipback" laminated gatefold sleeve.
Condition:
Gatefold Sleeve: VERY GOOD :- An original "Garrod & Lofthouse" sleeve, with some light creasing around edges, and light scuffs to corners. All seams are intact and the sleeve is very clean throughout. Note that the name written on top edge [see photo] turned out to be in pencil and has now been carefully removed.
The Cardboard Cut-outs are present, and in Very Good condition for their age.
RECORD: VERY GOOD :- Lovely early heavy vinyl. There are several light hairlines and surface scuffs to be found, demonstrating it has been much played during its long life. However, I am pleased to report - having played it through and listened carefully - that there is no degradation is sound quality. Labels are clean and free of writing, with reasonable amount of spindle wear for its age.
Please note that it comes with a plain white inner sleeve.

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deteriation in sound quality.The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet,booklet or poster are in perfect condition.Records advertised as unsealed or Unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT : The record shows some signs of having been played,but there is very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD : The record has obviously been played many times,but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,despite noticieable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated,perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges,spine splits,discoloration,etc.
