THE BEATLES. SGT PEPPERS. 1ST PRESS MONO. PMC 7027. XEX 637-1/XEX 638-1 MATRIX. "SOLD IN UK" TEXT ON LABEL. LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER WITH FLIPBACKS TO CENTRE SPREAD. GRADES VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT.
Played on my system, this LP grades Very Good to Excellent. Side one has some minor background noise which is not intrusive, although it is a little more prominent on the track, "She's leaving home". Side one grades Very Good while side two grades Excellent. The laminated gatefold cover is in very good condition, the only issue being a 2" split to the top seam of the back cover (see photo). It has its original cut-out card which is still intact. Plain white inner sleeve.
