Description
Welcome to my sale of some more rare vinyl that I will be listing this week. Next up is The Beatles - Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Released by Parlophone Records in 1967 cat no. PCS7027. Early stereo edition. KT tax code on side 1 label, which starts with The Gramophone Co, Sold subject to etc. To the best I can make them out the matrix stamps are 2 RH and 2 RT. Pink and white psychedelic Fools inner. Garrod And Lofthouse sleeve with glued inner upper tabs.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition,some light surface marks,with one very minor scratch that clicks for the first 8 or 9 seconds of the intro on side 1, otherwise plays through very nicely with no skips or jumps or other noticeable noise. If not for the click would be EX. You can hear the sound quality on the attached video.
Sleeve is in EX condition, light general wear and ringwear, very minor dink on spine. Insert in perfect condition, inner has no splits, minor creasing and album title in pen.
I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure. Please ask me about any individual item before making a purchase.
