Side 1 mother and stamper: 4 P (4th mother, 6th stamper)
Side 2 mother and stamper: 5 GRL (5rd mother, 128th stamper)

Condition

Both sides of the vinyl are in good condition but look well used with quite a few wispy hair lines more so on side 2, I'm probably being a bit brutal here after all it is a 50 year old record. 

The labels are in good condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing with official KT stamp over the spindle hole.  

The front-laminated flipback cover is in good condition, although there are quite a few shallow creases and the corners show a bit or wear. The spine is complete. 

The record will be sent out in it's original protective poly sleeve in a specially designed cardboard postage box made for 12" vinyl records.
