AND NOT ONLY THAT, THIS HAS INCREDIBLY EARLIEST OF PRESSING STAMPERS, CLOSE TO THE MASTER TAPE AS YOU CAN GET !!! AN ABSOLUTE CLASSIC LP FROM THIS FABULOUS BAND "FAB FOUR"!

COVER
This is the correct issued 1st PRESS Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd., STEREO laminated flipback gatefold sleeve. This example is in NEAR EXCELLENT condition, with surface gloss/shine and clean, with no tears, writing, marks etc. At the corners and edges has a mild wear and laminate traces. The spine is WIDE, well shaped, strong, that is fully legible/readable, very nice considering for it`s 50 years old. Looks nice on the whole. (see-pics) EXCELLENT(-) condition.

VINYL
The Iconic original 1967 UK 1st Press Vinyl 'Sgt.  Pepper's  Lonely  Hearts  Club  Band'! Nice bright, clean and shiny, as it was just pressed! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks GREAT with NO really nasty scratches, groovewear, or nasty deep scuffs whatsoever! The only blemishes are just some light wispy sleeve traces, a few mild hairlines and age marks. Just a small amount of cosmetic non-sounding and unfeelable scuffs (only visible in direct angled light) mostly caused from where it has stored or been removed from it's cover near the 50 years! Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes really interfere with play AT ALL thanks to the deeply pressed quality! BRILLIANT for a record of this age and rarity! Must grade overall close to EXCELLENT! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL)! Visually it can be concluded, that both sides are EXCELLENT condition.

AUDIO

For pleasure of the client the most important of the vinyl record is sound. Upon playing both sides, the record plays brilliantly with fantastic STEREO depth, warmth and clarity! The sound really  is great, with NO HISS, REPEAT, SKIP/JUMP, or CRACKLE, with only a couple of typical light clicks between some songs (a little more sensitive at the attenuation end of the last song on Side 2 - A Day In The Life. There is certainly no dominant interference and nothing obtrusive in the playback, both visually and audibly. Such a sound you can only get from 1st Press UK vinyl, earliest Mothers/Stampers! Astonishing for a record of this age and rarity, listen and stored very carefully in time! EXCELLENT(-) SOUND condition! (that minus I put in reserve and respect for the most demanding fans of The Beatles).

LABELS
Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition without any unwanted writing or stains but with several very light spindle trails on either side. The KT tax code is present on Side 1.

INNER SLEEVE
The correct 1st PRESS handle with original PSYCHEDELIC RED inner sleeve.  Sleeve is in VERY GOOD(+) condition without any writing or splits, but is slightly weared and  corrected at the input side.

CUT-OUTS
Dark green original cut-outs, in EXCELLENT(+) condition.

Conclusion: A FANTASTIC EARLIEST MOTHERS/STAMPERS 1/O &  2/H WIDE SPINE STEREO example of this INCREDIBLY RARE 49 year old iconic 1967 UK 1st Press BEATLES LP ALBUM! Hard to find in ANY condition, but simply IMPOSSIBLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS UTTERLY AWESOME AS THIS! Fantastic collectors Item!
Pls., note, this is not mint or near mint record! Some would rate it as more than excellent, but my estimation is EXCELLENT(-), because of some small remarks.
