COVER – MINT MINUS (M-) Original thick cardboard unique ¾, 8-inch fold-over gatefold cover (The front flap of the cover is shorter than the back flap). The front cover has an ultra rare original 'Souvenir Of Their Apperance At The  Cow Palace, San Francisco. August 19, 1964' large concert banner promotional black sticker affixed to the cover. The cover is still in its original shrinkwrap. The shrink is fully intact with the original breathe holes.

LABEL – MINT MINUS (M-) Original first print colorband Vee Jay VJLP 1062 catalog number 2'73 diameter pressing ring 12B1 black label with a multicolored spectrum ('rainbow') band along the label's edge and brackets version VJ logo and the bold 'Stereo' silver print pressed at the 9:00 position.

VINYL – MINT MINUS (M-) Original very early US stereo release "Monarch Record Mfg. Co.", Monarch Los Angeles, CA record pressing plant with the 'MR' logo stamped in the runout.

Original thick, heavy plate, glossy vinyl pressing with the first matrix numbers, including the 'S' suffix, confirming the authenticity of the first stereo pressing, in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax)
