Incredibly rare and super collectible one of the re-packaged versions of The Beatles Introducing the Beatles: Songs, Pictures & Stories, Original 1st US Stereo Release Version 2. This copy contains the original unique ¾, 8-inch fold-out gatefold cover with the ultra rare large celestial blue "Stereo" banner at the top of the cover. The Stereo version of this album is significantly rarer than its Mono counterpart, considering that less than only 2% of this album sold were Stereo. Original Vee-Jay VJLP 1062 / 63-3402 catalog number deep groove 2.75' diameter pressing ring silver print brackets Vee-Jay logo very rare variation label. Centered song titles and credits, including the "Coffin-King" misprint, as oppose to the correct spelling "Goffin-King", along with "Microgroove" and "Long Playing" banners. One of the rarest label variations with the silver "Stereo" print located at 12 o'clock. The full matrix numbers are as follows Side 1: S 63-3402-1 URJ 1A ARP 1-24-64 AudioMatrix / S 63-3403-1 URJ 1A ARP 1-24-64 AudioMatrix. The trail-off vinyl includes the "S" suffix before the matrix numbers, referring to the Stereo format of this copy. The matrix numbers also contain the "AudioMatrix" stamp, the identifier of Audiomatrix Inc., New York, along with a handwritten manufacture date stamp "1-24-64" on both sides in the trail-off vinyl and "URJ" stamp in the dead wax, identifying this pressing as a Universal Recording Studios mastering. Incredibly rare issue pressed and manufactured at the Southern Plastics Pressing Plant in Nashville, Tennessee. This very early 1st issue comes with an original Vee-Jay Records "The Great Gospel Artists Are On Vee-Jay Records / Other Fine Albums Of Significant Interest" inner sleeve, featuring 50 color photos of other Vee-Jay releases.

CONDITION:

COVER - EXCELLENT MINUS (EX-) INTERIOR: NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) I grade the cover as Excellent Minus, not because the majority of these rare covers are found destroyed, with a severe ring wear, wear and splits all over of the album, but because this cover is in great condition indeed. It barely has any signs of ring wear on the front and back cover. The cover has some light wear, scuffs on the corners and edges along with some very light creasing at the top left of the front cover, but it's nothing compared to the condition of the majority of the covers of this album. There are no splits on this cover. The spine contains a fully readable text, including the catalog number VJS 1092. The interior gatefold is in Near Mint Minus condition, very clean and doesn't have any signs of wear.

VINYL - VERY GOOD (VG) - VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) The glossy vinyl has some light surface hairlines and scuffs from the inner sleeve. None of the marks and hairlines can be felt with a fingernail.

LABELS - SIDE 1: VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) SIDE 2: EXCELLENT MINUS (EX-) Very clean labels with a few very light spindle marks.

VEE JAY RECORD INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT MINUS (EX-) The inner sleeve is in great shape overall, only having a light tear at the top.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS! USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail temporary to several countries due to the service impacts. Please check whether your country is on the list of temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions. Additionally, please take into consideration that the disruption of air mail schedule causes significant delays, which affect the expected delivery date declared by eBay and USPS. From our side, we guarantee the prompt shipping of the item within 24 hours after receiving payment.

Please pay attention that we DON'T ship to Russia and Germany. No exceptions. We'll immediately cancel the transaction if our policy conditions are violated. Sorry about that.

POLICY:

Realizing how important it is to secure the safety of the item you've paid your money for, I'll put my best effort into packing the records as best as possible, triple boxing them into the specialized professional boxes, with the two outer boxes having a special construction with extended cardboard on the edges to prevent the record covers' corners from getting damaged during the transit, and will also put the vinyl outside of the cover (of course, unless it's a sealed record) to prevent the splitting. I always try responding to the messages, but please, before sending me a message, make sure that the answer to your question isn't included in the description. I'll use my right to block a buyer, who doesn't correspond to my idea of politeness, culture and respect toward each other. If you want to participate in my auction, please be honest and positive, and I'll be mutual with you. I'll remove the bids of a buyer with zero rating, unless he contacts me prior to placing a bid.
