the sleeve for this LP is in good condition despite its age and use with only light scuffing on the bottom corners (see photos)
There are some small tears on the top of the inner sleeve and the bottom seam is split
I have no means of playing the record unfortunately and I'm no expert when it comes to old records but it looks OK with only a very light surface scratch on side 1 My son has played it in the last couple of years with no problem
