COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL RED/WHITE 'FOOLS' CUSTOM INNER SLEEVE AND CARDBOARD CUT-OUT SHEET

MONO/STEREO DIFFERENCES:
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band: The mono version has a more prominent guitar towards the end, which is barely audible on the stereo version.
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds: The vocal has a noticable echo on the mono version, which is not there on the stereo.
She's Leaving Home: The stereo version is slower than the mono.
Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise): On the mono version the audience sounds begin more sharply, the drum intro is 4 drumbeats longer, and there are some words spoken by John and some audience laughter ALL of which are missing from the stereo mix. Paul speaks at the end, but it can barely be heard on the stereo version, but the transition from "Good Morning" is smoother than on the mono.

Sgt. Peppers was the first "concept" album, although any link between tracks is pretty tenuous.
The record was the first not to be banded into individual tracks, with hardly any gaps between songs.
It was also the first to use the run-out groove, therefore leave the stylus on the record and it would chatter away endlessly.
The cover too, is the subject of a few firsts:
It was the first to have the lyrics printed on the reverse.
The inner sleeve was also custom designed - the first to be decorated in a design by Seemon and Marijke.
Plus the LP came with a set of Sgt. Pepper cardboard cut-outs, which include, a moustache, a picture card, some sergeant stripes, 2 badges, and a stand-up.
The album sold a quarter of a million copies in Britain in it's first week of release, and by the end of June had topped 500,000 sales. But it didn't sell it's One Millionth copy until April 1973, some 6 years later.

LABELS: CLEAN and BRIGHT and UNMARKED with NO hole wear and quite frankly NO real spindle traces to be seen either - BEAUTIFUL, BARELY PLAYED COPY
VINYL Visual: NEAR MINT - Both surfaces retain their original DEEP, LIKE-NEW LUSTRE with just the faintest of wispy hairlines caused by movement of the record within the inner - these have NO audio consequence
VINYL Audio: OUTSTANDING - CRYSTAL CLEAR, DEEP, RICH VIBRANT SOUND - FANTASTIC POWERFUL CUT. There are NO scratches, NO sticks, NO jumps, NO clicks or pops and NO surface noise - the record plays to its highest possible standard with NO groove-wear and NO distortion (its hardly been played). Must be graded MINT for audio - the playback is PRISTINE THROUGHOUT - SENSATIONAL COPY
SLEEVE: The gatefold cover is in practically UNTOUCHED, NEAR MINT condition. The laminated surfaces are CLEAN with a DEEPLY GLOSSY SHEEN and only the lightest of (very minor) storage rubbing to the opening bottom edge corner. SUPERB SLEEVE
INNER SLEEVE: The "Fools" inner is CLEAN and UNMARKED with just one or two light handling creases and a small central split (4.5 cms) to one of the side edges. The LP is now housed, and will be posted in a new inner to avoid any damage to the original
CUT-OUT: Again, SUPERB condition with no marks/wear. BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN and FRESH
