Description

Very rare 1964 South African-ONLY MONO compilation LP of The Beatles’ entitled The Big Beat of The Beatles! This album was pressed on the old-school black Parlophone label (PMCJ 64)

The sleeve is graded G condition. The cover is still fairly solid but does exhibit noticeable defect. Some discoloration on the front, with that being more pronounced at the back. Brownish ring-wear, slight creases, name in blue pen near one of the pictures. It is not terrible but for the rarity, is still worth something! Overall rating for the cover = G.

The vinyl is a moderate VG grade, with some visible light hair-lines under bright inspection on both sides amidst a still vivid shine! The centre labels are very clean and show no evidence of wear. Overall grade for the LP = VG.

 Not a perfect copy but it’s a favourite for 60’s & Beatles’ collectors worldwide!!!
