This is a cover only. The flexi that accompanied it and was available to fan club members is missing. The front cover is very nice (see scan) the back has some staining (see scan) Maybe together they’re EX.

CONDITION WISE:

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.

VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.

GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.

FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks.
