Description
Up for sale is a great copy of The Beatles 1965 classic "Rubber Soul". This is a 1st U.S. press (L.A.) MONO copy in all around VG+ condition. This is one of several Beatles albums that came in from the original owner, all in great shape (including a 2nd state Butcher Cover that we sold for $2250 for him, he was unaware of what he had til we told him). One of their best, and their first complete album filled with psychedelic sounds and lyrics, it includes "Norwegian Wood", "Michelle", "Girl", "In My Life", and more. Maybe the first perfect album by the band.
The record has the original Capitol sleeve that has a tear and some edge wear.
The cover is very clean with very white whites, colorful colors, nice tight angular corners with very minor bumping, a legible spine, and no splitting. Easily VG+.
The vinyl is colorful and clean, with a few very light marks that don't cause pops or skips, they are very minor. The sound of this album leaps out of the speakers (I love MONO and this copy is an example why!).
