THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM NUMBERED 1ST UK MONO COMPLETE NO ‘EMI’ 1/1/1/1 LOW NUMBER.
The Beatles (The White Album), Apple Mono PMC 7067-8 November 22, 1968. 2LPs set. Full laminated white gatefold cover. Flaps on the left and right sides of the open gatefold with openings at the top.
Catalogue numbers located at the bottom edge and title “The Beatles” located at the top edge. The front of the cover has “The BEATLES” embossed in raised block letters. The stamped seven-digit number appears in grey on a slight downward angle towards the lower right corner.

Condition:
Sleeve: Front Ex++. Spine Ex. Rear Ex- Inside (open sleeve): Ex+/MN
Viynl. Sides 1. 2. 3. Ex++ Side 4 Ex+
Inners: Ex + No splits or tears.
Poster: Ex++ One 5cm slight split along a fold. Otherwise unmarked.
Photos: Ex++ All Near Mint except for one slight almost unnoticeable mark on the Lennon photo)
Spacer. Ex+ Slightly creased but no tears.
Labels: Ex++.
Audio: Ex+
The vinyl on each side is extremely glossy, with no whitening of the grooves at all. There are just a few very light hairlines on each side. The green Apple labels are completely clean. The dark green is exceptionally clean and bold, and the white is bright. The black text is sharp and there is no noticeable spindle wear on both records.
On playing I heard 2 or 3 tiny clicks on track 2 of side 4 but apart from that it played superbly with only the odd bit of light “between track” background noise and the sound quality remains unimpaired.
The records are complete with their original black inner sleeves which are fully intact and show only slight wear.
The photographs are in lovely condition. They look as fresh and vibrant as they did when issued.
The matt double sided poster too is in collectable condition, it has not been posterised and apart from one 5cm fold split remains in much the same condition as when it was originally bought.
Sleeve: The front sleeve looks in really excellent condition with no discernible discolouration. The rear has 3 or 4 light but fairly long surface indentations (see photo 2)– they are not apparent but upon closer inspection they are there. The lettering on the spine is clear with a few spots of age/storage deterioration to the lamination on the spine (see photo 4).
A rare complete first pressing of The Beatles ‘White’ album in highly collectable condition.
