This is an overall good copy of the Beatles classic White Album.
Original first UK press in mono, PMC 7067/68. Contains different mixes of these well-known songs.
Album is original first pressing, opens on top and is numbered No. 0291780.
Complete with four pics and poster.
A collectable lp record and a must-have.
Side 1: XEX 709-1 (5 TD)
Side 2: XEX 710-1 (7 LH)
Side 3: XEX 711-1 (8 GGR)
Side 4: XEX 712-1 (8 MH)
Labels of first record do not have "an E.M.I. Recording", whereas labels of the second record do.
No tax codes present on both labels. Some wear to label side 4.
Condition:
Records VG(+)
Scuffs and hair scratches. Played quite a bit, obviously, but playback is better than looks - a good and booming mono sound, overall.
The only real problem is the beginning of side one. During the first few seconds of Back in the USSR, there is an albeit small, but deep spindle scratch that causes three or four audible ticks and one place where the needle jumps. ("back in the us, back in the us, back in the us, back in the us, back in the us, back in the us" etc, etc... you get the idea).
Not quite perfect, but thoroughly enjoyable with some background crackle and wear here and there.
Cover VG
Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve. Top open, numbered (very clear number).
Again, obviously well-loved, with some tear and wear, but a presentable condition nonetheless.

Black inner sleeves - fair, but at least they're present.
Poster is VG - has pin holes, tape over corners and a few tears. See pics.
Pictures are VG - have pin holes.
No spacer...
Overall, should be a good bargain starter copy for the beginnning collector that you'll enjoy listening to, despite its flaws and wear.
IMHO, this particular edition of the White Album really is a must-have for any serious Beatles fan.
