Before the numbered ‘White Album’ was issued, the Beatles gathered together at ‘Kinfauns’ – George Harrison’s home in Esher, Surrey. There they recorded 23 new songs on George’s reel-to-reel tape recorder, accompanied only by acoustic guitars.
