All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
These records are in good+ condition. They have spindle marks on the labels(pics), but no pen marks or any other damage. All four sides of the vinyl itself have many light hairlines. There is nothing that can be felt and nothing serious, just a lot off light wispy hairlines. Both records have no blemishes, shine pretty bright and have no skips, sticks or jumps.
I play tested both the records and they play well. Side 1 lays flat, side 2 has a very slight raise, side 3 and 4 both lay flat. There is a crackle on the run-in on each side and also between songs. There is also the odd pop, and slight background noise in very quiet sections, but this is fairly rare. Overall I would grade the audio quality as very good+.
The gatefold, numbered, top opening sleeve is in good+ condition. It is numbered 0393658(or 9) and has the raised 'The Beatles' title on front, and also 'Stereo' present in the top corner on the back. It has fairly severe wear to the edges and corners(pics), yet the spine is strong and it has no splits. Inside the gatefold has red pen marks on either side and also evidence of taping on the left edge. It contains one original black inner, which has got a tear in it. The record will be sent in 2 clean replacement plain white inners. There is also unfortunately no poster or inserts included with this record.
So overall not a pristine example of this classic album, but also an iconic 1st press which plays with no massive defects and has years of enjoyment to give. Please study the photos well to gain as much information as you can about the problems I mention.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent the same or very next day after receiving payment to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions, or for prices on international shipping or combined postage don't hesitate to contact me.
