Items will be relisted after 3 business days if there is no communications with buyer. Shipping is most of the time free but we generally do not INSURE and will not cover for lost or damage items caused by Mail Carrier Service if buyer fails to follow damage claim procedure. So make sure to INSURE if need too! Some Items cause of its Value, being Fragile or Rarity will be automatically required to be insured. The cost will be added after item is ordered. Simply send us an email requesting insurance and Picker’s outlet will invoice.
RETURN POLICY
Picker’s Outlet offers hassle free returns with no restocking fees. To help us keep this high level of service and our cost low please email us with any questions prior to ordering. This will also saves buyer in return shipping cost. WE WILL NO LONGER HONOR ANY RETURNS DUE TO LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS BY MAIL CARRIER UNLESS BUYER FOLLOWS CLAIM POLICY:

This process should take three to five days to process in which you will receive a refund from Picker’s Outlet as long as buyer complies with all request so then the Carrier will reimburse US.
If item order does needs to be return, buyer is required to make contact with us prior to shipping. Picker’s Outlet requires this so we are able to issue a RMA number to buyer so to insure full return credit is given. Once item is returned we will issue a refund.
