Description
THE BEATLES
WITH THE BEATLES
1963 2nd Pressing
Has the 1963 final matrices -7N/ -7N
Format: Mono
Sleeve:
The sleeve is in Fair condition with shelf wear and a few tiny tears to the opening side, laminate creases and off-white colour on the rear panel. However all edges are intact with no scuffing and the spine is completely intact with readable title text. This is a first issue sleeve that normally came with the first pressings (has the darker half-faces).
Inner Sleeve: Original early EMI poly-inner completely intact.
The Vinyl: In Fair to Good Condition. The surfaces are smooth and groove wear free, still projecting a bright pressing shine on both sides. Clean vinyl showing play use in terms of lots of light sweeping hairline marks superficial to the surfaces, but no scuffs, or warps, or actual scratches. Nothing feelable. The item has received lots of play use but has not been handled too badly and is still a lot playable example.
Lays completely flat on the turntable.
The Labels: Very Good condition. A little wear to the spindle perimeter, but minimal spindle location lines/ marks, or writing etc.
The Audio: Very Good. Plays quite smoothly from start to finish on each side and is for the most part crisp and clear and uninterrupted by audible detractions. There is a littlw amount of light crackle in some of the quieter sections and with a couple of jumps on the 1st and 3rd track of side 2. Otherwise this LP plays uninterrupted with warm mono bass, and instrumental and vocal clarity.
Side 1: 36 MO
Side 2: 3 GT
