The record looks barely played and hardly has any marks and grades EX+.

The Emitex sleeve has some very light wear/creasing and grades VG+ to EX.

The front laminated flipback 'Patents pending'  G&L sleeve has some very very light ring wear/rubbing marks on the front. There is some light 'foxing' (yellow/brown ageing blemishes) on the back along with some light yellowing around the edges(see picture). There is also a small surface tear on part of the flipback on the top left corner(see picture). The sleeve grades VG+ to EX.
