Description

THE BEATLES WITH THE BEATLES LP GERMAN 1963 1st Mono. Condition is Used.

WITH THE BEATLES was the first Beatles LP in Germany. The back cover of this original edition features a 'last minute note' (Letzte Meldung) about the GREAT BEATLES VAN ROBBERY. Thieves in England, possibly enthusiastic Beatles fans, had robbed a van full of Beatles LP'S coming straight out of the EMI pressing plant in Hayes Middlesex. This note was removed in 1967.

Odeon Records 1963 German 1st Mono.

VINYL CONDITION - The vinyl has quite a lot of surface marks and 4 hairline scratches which are feelable. But taking this and the age of the record in to consideration, the vinyl does play quite well, although there is background crackling throughout which is more noticeable on quieter tracks. The vinyl does play with a good sound through louder tracks. The record label has some faint writing in pen on side 1, graded good condition.

SLEEVE CONDITION - The sleeve is intact, but is showing signs of wear with stains on the back and wear to the corners, graded good condition. (Please have a look at the photos).

Thanks for looking, any questions please ask.

PLEASE NOTE all our records are packaged in stiff cardboard mailers and the vinyl is removed from the sleeve to avoid damage in transit. All records include a new inner sleeve.
