Offered for auction is a very decent example of the first U.K. mono pressing of With The Beatles. First pressings had errors related to music publisher and track title. The publisher of track 2.7, Money, was credited as 'Jobete' (later corrected to 'Dominion Belinda'); track 2.3 was printed, on both label and sleeve, as You Really Gotta Hold On Me (later corrected to You Really Got A Hold On Me).
CONDITION - VINYL
Vinyl grades at VG+ to EX. Record plays all the way through without sticks or jumps (both sides). Visually, both sides are very clean with only one or two light surface marks that do not affect playback. LP is flat.
CONDITION - LABELS
labels grade at VG+. See images for detail.
CONDITION - SLEEVE
The sleeve is in VG+ condition. No splits, tearing or feathering. No writing, no stickers, no residue from removed stickers. Flapbacks are tight. Spine text is fully legible and unworn. At the top of the rear face the indentation of a name is barely discernible (exaggerated in the scan); this is obviously a repair, a good one at that, which removed the ink.
