Description
THE BEATLES White Album Mono PMC 7067 Top Loading 1st Press No. 0022243 - Rare
THIS IS THE RARE MONO VERSION OF THE ALBUM.
Unusually it comes with 'no emi' across all sides, a genuine top-opening first issue 1/1/1/1 matrix first press.
Sleeve is Very Good with Good Spine & Fairly Low Number 0022243.
It is also, a genuine mono sleeve, without 'stereo' on the back.
This is, A Nice Early Mono Version of The White Album.
The Vinyls vary across all four sides between Very Good & Very Good Plus. For example, there is a noticeable scuff on side 1, but it is light and does not affect play, on side 2 a smaller mark, but perhaps more noticable.
To be fair, I would describe this White Album, as in very good condition with overall condition being a very good plus, but closer inspection revealing numerous small marks across all four sides.
I have played the album through, and obviously being a mono white album, it is stuffed with noticable sound effects all the way through which is why it is generally regarded as being one of the top ten albums of all time, so it sounds (FLC) great.
Although there are some small areas of imperfection to the sonic quality, light background noise in some quieter areas, pretty much where areas of wear appear on the record.
I dont think the buyer will be disapointed if they expect the record to be in fairly decent order.
& as I haved stated though I have played the album all the way through and it plays great, without jumps or scratches and minimal imperfections with the odd click audiable on quieter tracks - Still an enjoyable listening experience, listening to this timeless classic.
A mono white album, in very good condition, is still a very good thing.
Comes with original poster which has a small split as shown & black inners, the portraits are missing.
The album is in very good condition, but it is rare in mono, without the emi & has, a fairly low number, No.22,243.
