Description
Up for auction is a super rare pressing of The Beatles album Yellow Submarine, originally released in 1969 in Uruguay on Apple Records (SAPL 30501) in 1969:
-Guaranteed original pressing -Original dark green Apple labels -Ultra rare Uruguay pressing
-Original soft cover in poly sleeve -Rare black & white back cover -No UPC/bar code
Note: The covers for these rare pressings are soft heavy-weight paper enclosed in poly sleeves, unlike typical cardboard covers on U.S. and U.K. pressings. Also, these are not audiophile quality vinyl pressings, but still presentable.
Condition: Cover looks nice, colorful and clean. No ring wear, no seam splits, no tears. Has a few light creases to the corners (see photos), which is common for these soft covers. Otherwise, very nicely preserved, hard to upgrade. Grade: Excellent (EX)
Vinyl is also very nice, still retains its original shine. No apparently scratches or scuffs, just some faint superficial signs of having been taken out of inner sleeve a few times. Label are clean, no marks around the spindle holes. Looks like this record has maybe been played only once or twice but handled with care. Grade: Excellent (EX)

How I Pack Your Records:
I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing. I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection. I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
