THE BEATLES ‘YESTERDAY AND TODAY’ CAPITOL T2553 US ISSUE LP VINYL MONO 1966.
Capitol Records rainbow label T-2553. Made in USA. Very faint run off numbers: T1 2553-G6 and T2 2553-F3 and etched with letters ‘IAM’ within a triangle.
The record has some scuff marks but plays well without any crackle or jumps except for 2 brief clicks during ‘Yesterday’.
The inner sleeve is paper and illustrated with small black and white pictures of other Capitol album releases of the time and an application slip to join ‘the teen set’ on Capitol, the personal details of the applicant have been obscured by a permanent marker pen. There is a 1.5cm/1in parting on the bottom edge caused by the rubbing of the record edge.
The outer card sleeve is in good condition with only a pin hole at the top left-hand front corner that has not penetrated the rear cover. There are some light grubby marks on the back and front cover from handling and ageing. There are no creases or splits.

Due to the rarity of the album it will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For service.
End of auction: The buyer should make contact within 3 days of the auction ending and make payment within 5 days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed. An eBay reminder will be sent if contact/payment is not made within this period.
Payment: PayPal only.
Packaging:The LP will be enclosed in cellophane, placed in stiffened protective packaging and posted by Signed For First or Second Class Small Parcel mail (buyer's choice). Buyer pays for postage only, not for packaging or eBay fees. Due to the dimensions of the package it is designated by the Post Office as a Small Parcel and postage is priced accordingly.
Postage: First Class £4.40 Second Class £3.90 Signed For Small Parcel.
Despatch: Will post to UK only. Item will be mailed within one working day of receiving payment (please check the postmark). I always obtain a Royal Mail Proof of Posting.
