THE BEATLES - " YESTERDAY E.P. ", Parlophone/EMI Records Ltd. (GEP 8948) 1965.
Extremely rare 1965 Beatles EP, their rarest issue on the extended play format.
Tracks - Yesterday, Act Naturally, You Like Me Too Much, It's Only Love.
CONDITION:
VINYL = VISUALLY EX- (PLAYS EXCELLENT) (No deep scratches, groove damage, excessive surface noise, distortion, etc. Hardly any spindle trails on one side of the label, average-light spindle trails on the other - see photos. Under a grading lamp it does have it's fair share of very light, superficial surface marks, only very shallow or hairline stuff and on my turntable they are not affecting playback. Plays very well - starts with some very faint surface noise during the silent run-in which stops as the music starts, although can be heard again during the silence between tracks and in the run-out grooves. The songs play strong, clear and without interuption from clicks, crackles and excessive surface noise. Clearly played only fairly lightly in it's lifetime and generally well cared for. No museum piece, but a really nice copy for playing at a more reasonable price than a 'timewarp' example)
SLEEVE = EX- (No heavy creases, rips, tears, defacing, etc. Marked down a bit for some very light creases i the laminate and a bit of general wear to the edges and corners - see photo)
Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this EP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!)
