The Beatles---"White Album"---Rare MONO Copy Of This Original UK 1st Pressed Double Album On The Apple Label---Top Loader With Low Number 0071115 & Matrices -1/-1/-1/-1 From 1968
-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-
Here we have a UK 1st pressed album in MONO from 1968 on the Apple label with a cat. no. PMC 7067/8 and matrices -1/-1/-1/-1.
Vinyl: G only. I'm not going to build this one up at all as it's no where close to a great copy but see the poster and photos which must at least be worth the start price!! The vinyl is has lots of swirly scratches with no great shine at all. It plays a lot of crackle but side 1 is much better than the rest. Details as follows 1 small jump on each of the following: "Martha My Dear", "So Tired", "Rocky Raccoon", "Revolution 1" & "Revolution 9". Sticks on end of "Helter Skelter" followed by 20 click Then sticks again on "Long Long Long".
Labels: EX. Labels are all nice and clean and tidy with no writing.
Sleeve: VG. Numbered 007115 sleeve is a top loader and is in solid condition with some edge and ring wear, a few light creases to the front and normal discolouration. Inside, the flipbacks are nice and firm and the laminate is really great. Inner black sleeves are as follows: I has a tear down half of one edge and the plastic inside is loose. The other is solid but has no plastic inside.
Posters & Photos: The best part of this one!! How they have managed to survive so well must mean that they were never removed or looked at, because they are in as new condition with no markings. 4 photos and the poster in this condition must be worth the start price!
