THE BEATLES YESTERDAY AND TODAY-"BUTCHER COVER" This is the famous(infamous) butcher cover(Capitol mono T 2553) and actually is in better shape than it looks. The front cover has a fuzzy appearance because whoever did the peel job did their best to not remove any of the actual cover itself and did a pretty good job in that regard as there is only one tiny bit missing over on JOHN'S right shoulder. I assume the fuzz is probably glue and paper residue. There are about 3 quarter size patterns over in the fuzz near the opening. Someone (not me) could probably clean this up a bit more. The top and bottom seam each have a 1" split on either end and the back seam is pretty much all gone. The back cover has some aging and brownish stains in several places probably due to the paste-over removal. There is a 6 on the back cover by the RIAA stamp Tracks are;

Side 2. AND YOUR BIRD CAN SING, IF I NEEDED SOMEONE, WE CAN WORK IT OUT, WHAT GOES ON, DAY TRIPPER
RECORD CONDITION-The LP upon visual inspecdtion has plenty of light scratches and scuffs, but plays all the way through and sounds surprisingly good. Let's give it a G+/VG-COVER CONDITION-see description above
