PLEASE NOTE:  EBAY POLICIES THAT IMPACT US SELLERS - Ebay uses a 5 star feedback system, which seems to be fair for buyers to evaluate interactions with sellers.  However, please understand how your feedback can negatively impact us sellers, especially us "small guys" who do not sell hundreds of items a month.  Ebay now mandates that sellers keep a 4.3 average per each category or will be suspended for 30 days from selling, regardless of whether or not they even receive any neutral or negative feedback ratings. 

So, if you felt you had a good transaction and believe a 4 is a good feedback, IT IS NOT - a rating of 4 is really a poor rating in Ebay's way of calculating things.  If I sell 30 items in a month, typically 15 or more of those items get no feedback (many buyers who purchase multiple items can't be bothered by providing feedback).  Thus, if I would get 12 feedback reports in a given month and 9 people think it went pretty well and gave 4 stars for a category (e.g., item as described), and 3 people give 5 stars,  I would be suspended (Average 4.25 for the category).  This with NO BAD RATINGS!!!!  NOT EVEN A NEUTRAL !!! 

So, all I ask is please understand how these reviews are used and if there is any reason you feel that I don't deserve 5 stars in all categories, please let me know what I can do to rectify that.  Additionally, if you do rate me on any category less than 5 stars, please do not bid again on any of my other items.  I don't need your business.  That may seem harsh, but read above how ebay uses this and tell me how I have any other choice.
