This is the original Woronzow issue of the 'Bevis through the looking glass - the great magnet disaster' album, numbered 423 of a limited edition of 500. This 2 LP set came in a plain white card sleeve with a smallish yellow (with black writing) square stuck on to the front. Underneath was an individual hand written message and signature from 'Bevis Frond, this one simply asks "Are you?". Every message was different. The albums had white labels, mostly a kind of off-white with a pinkish tinge.

There was also an 8 page booklet included which was a spoof rare record list full of fake rare albums. The staple on this one is 'rusty'.

The discs are absolutely perfect (I know the provenance of this record which belongs to a mate of mine and doubt all four sides have ever been played). While most copies I've seen of this recently have some ageing spots and discoloration this is by far the cleanest I've seen (far nicer than my personal copy actually). The yellow paper tracklisting 'sticker' has lifted on some of the edges and the top left-hand corner is very slightly crumpled and ripped. I am happy to scan any detail of insert or cover.

Lots more Bevis, Woronzow, Terrastock, Ptolemaic Terrascope and similar stuff being listed now - including the Reckless Records re-issue of this LP
