The Birds are famous for being Ron Wood's first band until he left in January 1967 for superstardom with The Jeff Beck Group, Faces, and for the past 39 years, The Rolling Stones. Another founding member, bassist Kim Gardner, achieved a modicum of fame as a member of the legendary Creation.

This is their ORIGINAL issue from 1965 and on DECCA……not a reissue or foreign pressing!

Here they cover the Eddie Holland Motown classic 'Leaving Here'…. The B-side, 'Next In Line' is a Ron Wood composition and another slice of mod rhythm and blues with wailin’ harmonica solo.

So if you are looking for a good copy of this rare 45 - look no further! It's in collectable condition – hopefully you won't be disappointed.

Record’s not mint but plays perfect. There’s no really bad scuffs or scratches. Very feint paper lines, that’s all. And in original Decca sleeve.
