THE BLACKBYRDS (3) Vintage Lp's - City Life - Flying Start - Donald Byrd
The albums have not beed tested on a turntable, so I am basing my rating on visual inspection and I try to stay on the conservative side.
City Life Gatefold cover F-9490 1975 Cover has some wear. Inside gatefold cover in excellent condition. Inner sleeve is in very good condition with small tear on one edge. The album appears to be in excellent condition with some minor scuffs.
Flying Start Gatefold cover F-9472 1974 Outer cover has minor wear. Inside gatefold cover in excellent condition. Inner sleeve is in good condition. The inner sleeve is front and back Credence Clearwater Revival (CCR) and I wasn't sure if it even belonged to the Blackbyrds album. I looked up CCR online and they were also signed to Fantasy Records, so it may be the original sleeve and advertisement for CCR, but I'm not positive. The album is in good condition with some scuffs, but they don't look or feel like scratches.
Blackbyrd - Donald Byrd BN-LA047 F I think this is a solo album for Donald Byrd and not actually the full group. Cover has wear on the front and back. Inner sleeve is in very good condition. The album has scuff marks on both sides. I felt them and don't think they're scratches, but it probably has some surface noise.
