Moving on my large record record collection
For multiple items wait for my invoice so i can combine the postage cost which is a flat rate of four pounds up to 2 kg consignment.
Overseas buyers : I use Ebay's global shipping service, it is safe, fast and cheaper than I can do it for, but please note that i combine the uk postage, so if you brought more than one item i would refund four pounds postage for each additional item as i send it as one consignment up 2 kg to Ebay's forwarding company.
I cannot amend the postage amount beforehand as invoicing is handled by Ebay and i have no control over postage rates after the UK.
To those who may interested in the Blue Nile albums i will give a little history about how i came across them. It was back in !984 and i was a bit of a HI-FI nerd and always popping in said shops and gawping at the Linn Sondeck LP12 turntable while in there ( hoping that i might be able to afford one ). One shop had this album as a demo record for listening and as soon i heard their sound i was hooked, so i went out to buy it. I lived In Stroud at the time and only nearest place was Cheltenham. It was also the first Linn product i ever owned and it took me ten years to finally getting round to buying an LP12 after diverting from the path in 1988 to buy a Roksan Xerxes.
Always on the look out for anything new by the Blue Nile was a fruitless affair as Hats wasn't released until 1989. Expecting on release day to just stroll in the the Our Price shop in Taunton and was amazed and rather chuffed to find myself in a queue ! And it charted !price rating
