THE BLUE NILE -A WALK ACROSS THE ROOFTOPS
LINN RECORDS APRIL 1984
Sleeve is in very good condition though very mild signs of ring indentation are evident as shown in photos.
Vinyl has been professionally cleaned on an Okki Nokki and plays beautifully, individual tracks noted below though I feel this album will get better the more it is played. Hence my low starting price.
Generic inner-poly lined
Spine and spindle excellent
Side 1
Track 1 - light spitting on introduction which disappears 30 seconds in. Occasional spitting in quieter parts.
Track 2 - what a tune, perfect
Track 3 - the odd spit light surface Mark , but nothing that detracts from the playing
Side 2
Track 1 - light background noise before start of track then nothing
Track 2 - one spit on introduction mild background noise on very quiet track
Track 3 - excellent
Track 4 - Excellent
Personally, I think the grading is about right, very good plus so I hope I have given you a comprehensive insight into the condition of the album. I doubt even a new version of this album would be much better.
This album is currently selling on Discogs for an average of £50 with none for sale below £45.
