A ULTRA HARD TO FIND BUZZCOCKS RARITY THIS DOES NOT COME UP FOR SALE VERY OFTEN...SO IF YOU WANT IT HERE IT IS .ANY QUESTIONS B.I.N JUST ASK.....HERE IS ALL THE INFO I COULD FIND ON THE WEB. Vinyl 7 inch (1977, France) United Artists UP 36.316 (with different takes of each side) NOTES: Marshal Peters notes: 'Both the A and B-sides of the French single are totally different from the UK release - Pete even gives a 1-2-3-4 intro. to 'Whatever Happened To?' The takes used on the single are more 'raw' than the engineered versions we are familiar with. Apparently United Artists sent the wrong masters to France, which explains why these different takes surfaced on vinyl. The French version of "Orgasm Addict" has a picture cover very similar to its UK counterpart: the yellow/blue montage on the front of the sleeve has a sticker proclaiming "100% PUNK"; whilst the reverse of the sleeve is plain blue text on a white background detailing tracks and credits.' Mega rare original French issue 7" on the UA label from 1977. What a rare Buzzcocks item this is, one of the rarest Buzzcocks overseas releases and along with the unique picture sleeve is highly sought after by punk collectors.
