Description
THE BYRDS "Mr. Tambourine Man"/ "Mr. Tambourine Man"
WHITE LABEL PROMO - RADIO STATION ONLY - ON RED VINYL
COLUMBIA - 4-43271
release date: 1967
A rare, white label "plug" promo of the Bob Dylan hit, by The Byrds.
The record rates a VG+. The vinyl is overall clean and was stored away, but has some light signs of use. The labels are shiny and fresh, pretty much like new. Both sides have the same song, which was meant to be pushed by the local DJ who was an actual human being back then! There is a picture sleeve that is in good+ shape. It has a few small tears and a right side split seam/tear. It could be much worse! The Byrds appeared on tv's HULLABALOO live to promote this here release.

THE STORY OF THIS RECORD
For almost 21 years, We had a record store in Danbury, CT called TRASH AMERICAN STYLE.
In May of 2007 our landlord shafted us, and suddenly TRASH had no store. But our loss is your gain. Ever since May 2007, we’ve been sorting and organizing old stock and we’ve come across many many awesome records. They’d been sitting in the back room mostly untouched for DECADES. Most of these records were ordered new from labels and distributors and never bought by our customers or tucked away by lazy employees. Records were brought in by customers to sell to us and even some records were brought in "hot off the press" by bands themselves. After being on the sales floor for a while, we’d sometimes clear them out to make room for more new records. We’d stick them in the back room where they sat (and sat). And now, here’s one of them. Just for you- if you move fast enough. Good luck!
