The record is clean
The record still has a nice shine to it
I have visually looked / play tested the record on a Jensen JTA - 230 record player.  ( All record players are known to play different)
 It plays fine - No issues - Sounds great.  
There are some light surface scratches and slight surface noise that do not interfere with the listening pleasure.
   Comes with a Generic Sleeve
 Shipped in a box made for 45 RPM Records
