Offered for sale is an original U.S. limited edition promotional Quiex II pressing of THE CARS ~ HEARTBEAT CITY.  Album is identified as Elektra 60296-1, this was issued in 1984.  This album has been play graded in NEAR MINT condition, and the album's gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT condition, there is a gold embossed promo stamp on the back cover.  The album's labels are in MINT condition, and the original lyric inner sleeve is also included.  There are no cut-out markings of any kind.  Ten total tracks.  Winning bidders can combine orders and pay one S/H fee.  Feel secure in knowing that your item(s) will be professionally packaged.  Please feel free to ask any relevant questions.  Media mail is $4.49.  Shipping to Canada on this one is $18.99, shipping to most everywhere else for $24.99.   You Might Think.
