Description
TITLE/ARTIST: Please continue to check out all current and future listings on this site as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale in my auctions - from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" in great condition! Here is one of those early, super rare and highly collectible LP`s by one of the 50's-60;s greatest, short-lived group's, The Cascades, and is yet another album in super good, near mint condition - both vinyl and jacket. The album - their very 1st and only release - is on the original, and somewhat obscure, Valiant Label and is entitled "Rhythm Of The Rain", after their huge hit single of the same title. It includes 12 great songs in total - all in MONO and all in great condition (see pics above for all the song titles and more).I have listed - and will continue to list - many other LP's, EP's and 45's in the weeks and months ahead, so please bookmark my site and check everything out from time to time. Thank you in advance! LABEL INFO: This original, blue with silver print, Valiant Label (W 405) is nearly perfect with absolutely no issues at all - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me that it had very little play time - if any at all. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super shiny, clean, and nice with again, nothing in need of a mention. In my opinion, the vinyl looks as good as the day it was 1st purchased - to be honest, I'm not sure it was ever actually played!. JACKET INFO: Finally, this jacket is also really clean with no serious issues either, although the front side only does have a few small "air bubbles" underneath the paper label - I've tried to picture this in the photos above. Otherwise though, it also looks "like new" and flawless - very close to perfect! INTERESTING FACTS: I could honestly believe that this album was never played - it's in that kind of near perfect condition, but please view the pics above and make your own decisions. In any event, I doubt that anyone will be disappointed!! So, please have at it (as always, I do not have any reserve price), and then continue to check my site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, over time I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $5.00 (Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for the first LP purchased, and then just $1.00 per LP after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that. PLEASE NOTE: I take a great deal of pride in packaging all my mailings both safely and securely. However, I cannot be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. But, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
