This is a Great, Original 1966 psych 45 with some of the coolest sounding fuzz guitar.
It is a U.S. pressing on the "DATE" Record Label
“THE CHAIN REACTION”
SONGS: THE SUN & WHEN I NEEDED YOU
Radio Station Copy – (promotional – promo) label #2-1538.
JZSP 116564-1C/JZSP
JZSP116566-1C numbers are stamped in the dead wax area.
There were only two records put out by this group:
THE CHAIN REACTION, that features a guy named STEVEN TALLARICO, Aka STEVEN TYLER of AEROSMITH.
This record is pre-Aerosmith for Steven Tallarico now known as: Steven Tyler with Aerosmith
This record is VERY RARE AND HIGHLY COLLECTABLE
If you search for the rarest and best psych, Aerosmith, etc. records, this is a must have to add to your collection.
THE DRUMMER OF CHAIN REACTION HAS MENTIONED THAT “THE CHAIN REACTION” PUT OUT ONLY TWO 45s, THIS ONE ON THE DATE LABEL AND ONE ON THE VERVE LABEL.
THIS 45 RECORD IS VERY HARD TO FIND AND NOT MANY WERE PRESSED.
The tunes are really great and the record is in very good to excellent condition in my opinion. I am not a record dealer, grader or collector, just going by what I see and hear. No major scratches, only normal wear.
No writing on the labels.
