Description

THE CLERKS/HAZARD: NO GOOD FOR ME/GOTTA CHANGE MY LIFE. 1979 UK ROK Records (ROK VIII)
For auction an IMPOSSIBLY RARE split artist 45 from 1979, the year that punk handed over to Power Pop and the Mod revival. This wonderful, largely unknown UK release illustrates that change perfectly.
Released on the tiny ROK label, this double A features the machine gun punk of The Clerks belting No Good For Me on one side, while on the flip is the measured guitar pop of Hazard. It is clear two differing sorts of collector will be bidding on this super scarce record.
The disc itself is in truly EXCELLENT condition. The vinyl is dark, lush and glossy, free from scuffs, warp and scratches. The labels are bright clean and as just they would have been the day this record arrived in the few shops that would have stocked it FORTY THREE years ago.
A real bonus is that the disc is still in its original ROK Records birth bag which is also in fantastic condition complete with a large 65p price tag printed on either side!
All in all, it is unlikely a better copy of this obscure yet vital piece of Punk/Mod recorded history will ever appear for sale.

Good luck with this everyone. The start is low and there is no reserve.
