Soon There'll Be Thunder 2:20 I Have Been Alone 3:12 Those Who Love 3:17 Go Every Way 2:30 Why Must I Be 2:25 Take From You 2:53 They Didn't Even Go To The Funeral 2:46 Feeling 2:20 Girl Said - Know 1:35 Land Of A Day 3:55 This Life She Is Mine 2:10Soft and moody psychedelic pop/rock that bares some resemblance to early Quicksilver Messenger Service but with lots of dramatic string accompaniment except it's never overdone though it can sometimes overshadow the guitar work; acting very atmospheric with weeping violins and cellos. "Go Every Way" is the first real rock song on the album and even then it's very subdued with a rumbling piano sounding louder than the distant guitar shredding. There may even be a little folk rock to be heard in tracks such as "Take From You" where the picking is almost like that of a Spanish guitar. Things get a little goofy with "They Didn't Even Go to the Funeral" with it's marching drum beat, faux British vocals and cutesy brass arrangement, it's not a huge misstep. The album changes pace after that when a moaning organ shows up on later tracks in place of the sad strings. A very consistent album over all but may take repeated listens to get into like it did for me.
