PRINTED IN THE USA SECOND SINGLE ORIGINAL COPY
Original matte thin paper sleeve but with no glow-in-the-dark ink added.Printing goes all the way to the edge of the sleeve, unlike the later final pressing with a white border and front in purple.
Silk-screen printed sleeve. Front in black, rear in orange color. Labels are orange and black.
