THE CRICKETS - "IN STYLE WITH THE CRICKETS" - Coral CRL 57320.
Original U.S. first pressing. Textured cover. Maroon & silver label.
NOTE - the 1st 2 photos each show a different portion of the front cover (they were done on a scanner - couldn't show the whole cover at one time).
Very scarce 1st solo LP by the Crickets after the death of Buddy Holly. Jerry Allison & Joe B. Mauldin of Buddy's group, with Sonny Curtis. Includes "I Fought The Law", written by Sonny Curtis, (which was also a hit for the Bobby Fuller Four), and a great version of "Ting-A-Ling", the great rockabilly song, 1st cut by Buddy Holly on the Decca label! Other rockers include "Great Balls of Fire", and "Rockin' Pneumonia and the Boogie Woogie Flu" (the Huey "Piano" Smith classic).
The vinyl is Mint Minus!
The cover is VG+. There is an approx. 3-1/4 seam split at top right, and small light stains on the back.
