THE CRYSTALS, HE’S A REBEL ORIGINAL 1963 UK MONO, LONDON RECORD LABEL VINYL LP, CATALOGUE NUMBER, HA-U. 8120.
The Crystals are an American vocal group based in New York, considered one of the defining acts of the girl group era in the first half of the 1960s. Their 1961–1964 chart hits, including "There's No Other (Like My Baby)", "Uptown", "He's Sure the Boy I Love", "He's a Rebel", "Da Doo Ron Ron (When He Walked Me Home)" and "Then He Kissed Me", featured three successive female lead singers, and were all produced by Phil Spector.
The LP has the traditional Plum colour with Silver Print London record labels, with ‘Made in England’ label text on both labels.
Both record labels are in superb Excellent Plus condition, bright and clean record labels, showing just a few signs of play to each label.
Side 1 matrix’s side 1, ACPL-2408-1 K, Side 2, ACPL 2409-1 K.
Both sides of the heavy vinyl LP are in superb Excellent condition, high gloss vinyl with just a few hairlines.
The LP plays with a great sound quality from start to finish.
The original picture sleeve is in Very Good condition, the sleeve shows wear, handling and age toning and some areas of laminate lifting on the front opening edge and the top flip-back on the reverse, there is also a record shop sticker on the back of the sleeve.
